Industrial Vent Silencer System
Our advanced vent silencer system is designed to ensure the safe disposal of oxygen and inert gases in industrial settings. As industrial gas producers face increasingly stringent demands, our solution helps demonstrate plant safety while preventing operational issues caused by enriched or deficient atmospheres from venting operations.
Enhanced Safety
Designed to address safety concerns related to oxygen-enriched and oxygen-deficient atmospheres in ASU operations
Process Optimization
Ensures safe disposal of process vents while meeting stringent industrial gas production requirements
Purpose of Vent Silencer
Our comprehensive noise evaluation and control system ensures workplace safety and community peace.
Noise Evaluation
Professional noise dosimetry monitoring for 8-hour average exposure levels, ensuring compliance with the 85 dBA workplace safety standard.
Worker Protection
Comprehensive measurements using calibrated meters to monitor noise levels during working hours, protecting employee health and safety.
Community Standards
Strict compliance with local noise regulations and ISO 1996 standards, ensuring minimal impact on surrounding communities and environments.
Technical Specifications
Design Parameters
- Design Pressure: 2Mpa (Inlet)
- Velocity: 20m/s (for Oxygen service)
- Decibel: Below 80db at 5meter
Gas Velocities
Low pressure gas | 20 m/s |
High pressure oxygen (warm) | 150 m/s |
High pressure nitrogen (warm) | 171 m/s |
High pressure oxygen (cold) | 85 m/s |
Application Scope
Plant Applications
This publication applies to air separation and cryogenic liquefaction plants in which the venting of oxygen, nitrogen, oxygen/nitrogen mixtures, argon, or air occurs.
System Classification
The venting systems have been divided into low-pressure and high-pressure sources for both warm and cold gases. Low pressure systems are generally applicable to continuous or intermittent process vents for which silencers are usually installed.
